      After a past rich with change that saw it transform from a private residence to a summer camp and then a restaurant, today, after intensive, luxurious restoration work lasting over a year, it is reborn as the ‘Hotel Residence’, with hotel rooms and holiday apartments.


      All guests have access to the terrace of over 150 metres, an ideal spot for relaxing in the shade of the garden’s Mediterranean plants to admire a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and Cannobina Valley. The most intimate and private beach in the city is just 20 metres away.
